Since Consumer Search received the ISO9001:2000 certification from Lloyd's Register Assurance Ltd (LRQA) in 2003, we have been assured that our quality management system (QMS) continued to meet ISO9001 standard with the surveillance visit carried out every 9 months. Consumer Search, on Nov 4 2008, completed the regular audit successfully; in other words, the surveillance visit confirmed that our QMS continues to be maintained, be in operation and deliver continual improvements.

 

LRQA is one of the world's most experienced organizations in helping customers use management systems to improve their business. In Jun 2003, we received the ISO9001:2000 certification issued by LRQA on our QMS about our marketing research consultancy services. The certification is accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and the American National Standards Institute – the American Society for Quality National Accreditation Board (ANAB).
